1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION<\/h2>\n

This Pricing Policy (\u201cPolicy<\/strong>\u201d) sets out the principles, methods of listing, displaying and applying selling prices; taxes, fees and related costs; and the issuance of e-invoices for goods and services introduced and offered for sale on the website https:\/\/ve-de-di.com\/<\/a> (\u201cWebsite\u201d) owned and operated by V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i TNHH V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i<\/strong> (\u201cV\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p>\n

This Policy applies to: (i) all customers who visit or conduct transactions on the Website; (ii) all employees, departments and service providers of V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i who participate in developing, approving, listing and updating prices, processing orders or issuing e-invoices. <\/p>\n

2. PRINCIPLES OF LISTING AND DISPLAYING PRICES<\/h2>\n

All prices of goods and services on the Website are listed and paid in Vietnamese Dong (VND). <\/p>\n

Unless otherwise noted right next to the price, the selling price listed on the Website is inclusive of value-added tax (VAT)<\/strong> in accordance with current legal provisions, except where otherwise noted accompanying the product.<\/p>\n

Separately incurred costs<\/h3>\n

  1. a.<\/span> The listed price does not include shipping fees, special packaging fees or other lawful costs, if any<\/li>\n
  2. b.<\/span> V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i does not apply COD collection fees<\/strong> and does not collect cash upon delivery.<\/li>\n
  3. c.<\/span> All shipping fees and other costs must be displayed to the customer before the customer confirms the order.<\/li>\n
  4. d.<\/span> V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i does not charge any fee that has not been publicly disclosed and has not been accepted by the customer prior to placing the order. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Where the price published on the Website system does not specifically record that ancillary surcharges (including taxes, delivery and handling costs, packaging, or other incidental service fees) have been included, such listed price shall be deemed by default to be inclusive of all of the relevant costs mentioned above<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    For services (if any) provided through the Website, V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i announces the method of calculating service fees and the corresponding payment mechanism.<\/p>\n

    3. TIME AT WHICH PRICES TAKE EFFECT<\/h2>\n

    The official price applicable to a transaction is the value listed at the step of completing the order and receiving successful order confirmation from V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i\u2019s valid system.<\/p>\n

    Any price adjustment arising after the time V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i successfully confirms the order shall not affect the recorded order, except in the following cases:<\/p>\n

    1. a.<\/span> the buyer proactively proposes adjusting the order details and agrees to the newly arising costs;<\/li>\n
    2. b.<\/span> a discrepancy in listed information arises that is to be resolved in accordance with Section 4; or<\/li>\n
    3. c.<\/span> mandatory regulations from the competent authority.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i has the right to list a new price schedule for subsequent orders based on cost fluctuations, business policy and market fluctuations. The revised prices will be publicly disclosed before being applied.<\/p>\n

      4. HANDLING OF PRICE INFORMATION DISCREPANCIES<\/h2>\n

      In the event of a technical error of the system, a data entry error or a force majeure event resulting in the price displayed on the Website being inaccurate compared with the actual selling price that V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i has announced, as confirmed by the competent authority, V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i has the right to:<\/p>\n

      Proactively contact the customer, explain the cause and give priority to agreeing on appropriate remedial measures to ensure the customer\u2019s lawful rights and interests in accordance with the Law on Protection of Consumers\u2019 Rights. <\/p>\n

      Refuse to confirm or cancel orders affected by the above-mentioned pricing error and refund in full the amount paid by the customer in accordance with the Payment and Refund Policy within the shortest possible time;<\/p>\n

      V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i records the choice to continue the transaction when the customer agrees by a means that can be stored.<\/p>\n

      5 E-INVOICES<\/h2>\n

      When selling goods or providing services, V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i issues e-invoices and provides them to the buyer at the time, with the content and in the format prescribed by law. <\/p>\n

      The time of invoice issuance is determined in accordance with the tax, invoice and document laws currently in effect.<\/p>\n

      Invoices are sent to the email or electronic means provided by the customer and\/or a valid lookup link is provided.<\/p>\n

      In order for V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i to record the buyer\u2019s full information on the invoice, the customer shall:<\/p>\n

      Step 1:<\/strong> Click on https:\/\/forms.gle\/78hqVL75ic3ZPUZs5<\/strong> and accurately fill in all required information to request the issuance of a VAT invoice. Or call the phone number: +84 766 343 438<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Step 2:<\/strong> Click on \u201cSubmit request<\/strong>\u201d to complete the request for the issuance of a VAT invoice.<\/p>\n

      Customers should provide the information before V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i issues the invoice and no later than the time the Website notifies or confirms the order. Submitting the form does not change the time at which V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i must issue the invoice under the provisions of law.<\/p>\n

      The customer must notify V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i immediately upon discovering that an invoice contains an incorrect name, address, tax code, personal identification number, goods, quantity, unit price, amount, tax rate, tax amount or other content.<\/p>\n

      V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i reviews the records and carries out adjustment, replacement or other remedial measures in accordance with the regulations and tax guidance in effect at the time of handling.<\/p>\n
