- b.<\/span> Before ordering, the Website displays the goods, services, quantity, price, taxes, shipping fee, other costs, the total amount payable, and the payment method. Customers may review and correct information before confirming.<\/li>\n

Unsuccessful, pending, duplicate, or incorrect-amount transactions<\/h3>\n\n- a.<\/span> If a transaction is unsuccessful, the Customer may retry or choose another valid payment method. Please check your account balance movements before retrying to avoid duplicate debits.<\/li>\n
- b.<\/span> If the Customer\u2019s payment account has been debited but the Website system has not recorded a successful transaction, the Customer should contact V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i directly and provide full information, including: Order Number or Transaction Number, transaction time, amount, and payment method, together with relevant supporting documents.<\/li>\n
- c.<\/span> V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i will review and reconcile transaction data. Where it is determined that the Customer was debited twice or that an amount discrepancy arose due to an error on the part of the payment system, V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i will refund the excess amount collected in accordance with Section 4.<\/li>\n

4. REFUND POLICY<\/h2>\n4.1. Refund Conditions<\/h3>\n
V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i will process a refund after the Customer\u2019s request has been reviewed and confirmed as valid by the Customer Care department in accordance with V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i\u2019s current Exchange and Return Regulations.<\/p>\n
4.2. Refund Method<\/h3>\n
The refund is transferred back to the original payment method<\/strong> that the customer used, in accordance with the payment provider\u2019s process.<\/p>\nIf V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i is unable to refund through the Original Payment Method for any reason (including but not limited to where the Original Payment Method is no longer valid or cannot be used to receive funds), the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that (i) V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i may make the refund by issuing a V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i voucher (of a value equivalent to the refunded amount) within a timeframe determined by V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i, and (ii) once such vouchers have been issued, the Buyer will have no further rights or claims against V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i in relation to that refund.<\/p>\n
4.3. Refund Processing Time<\/h3>\n
After a refund request is approved and V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i has received complete information or valid goods, V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i will execute the refund order on Mondays and Fridays of each week.<\/strong><\/p>\nThe actual time for the payment to be credited to the refund account depends on the processing procedures of the relevant bank, card issuer, or payment service provider. For payments made by card or Apple Pay, the total expected processing time ranges from 7 to 14 business days<\/strong> from the time V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i initiates the refund order.<\/p>\nIf the expected period above has passed and the funds have not been received, the Customer should contact V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i to be given the refund reference code for reconciliation with the payment provider.<\/p>\n
The above processing time does not include delays caused by the Customer providing incomplete information, the shipping time of returned goods, or the time needed to verify information that V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i has officially notified.<\/p>\n
4.4. Refund Amount and Related Costs<\/h3>\n
Where an error arises due to the fault of V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i, the manufacturer, or the carrier, V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i will refund in full all relevant payments made by the customer.<\/p>\n
Where the customer voluntarily requests to cancel an order or return\/exchange goods not arising from V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i\u2019s fault and the request is accepted by V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i, shipping and retrieval costs will be reasonably deducted by V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i based on the originally disclosed costs.<\/p>\n
V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i undertakes not to deduct any fixed fee that has not been publicly listed or that does not accurately reflect the reasonable costs actually incurred.<\/p>\n
All details regarding the refund amount, related deductions, and the specific basis of calculation will be officially notified to the customer before V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i carries out the refund procedure.<\/p>\n
4.5. Reservation of Processing Rights<\/h3>\n
V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i reserves the right to refuse to resolve a request or to apply necessary additional verification measures where evidence is found of fraud, forged documents, unauthorized use of payment instruments, or deliberate abuse of V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i\u2019s policies.<\/p>\n
V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i will notify the customer of the reason for refusal and guide them through the complaint process, except where the provision of information is restricted under current law.<\/p>\n
