However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Requesting a Refund or Exchange:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Exchanges or refunds are available under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n<p>The item falls into one or more of the categories below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The item was damaged in the delivery process<\/li>\n<li>The item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories)<\/li>\n<li>V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i has delivered an item that does not match the agreed specification<\/li>\n<li>The item has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, broken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1.1 The buyer\u2019s refund or exchange request should be sent via email: <a href=\"mailto:hello@ve-de-di.com\">hello@ve-de-di.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.2 V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i will review the request. Each request being treated case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, will determine whether the request is successful<\/p>\n<p>1.3 If required by V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i, the buyer must ship the item to a location designated by V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i within three (3) calendar days after the return request is approved<\/p>\n<p>1.4 The approval of the request for refund and return will be made by V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i in its sole discretion. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i\u2019s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and agrees that it will not bring any legal claims or public defamation against V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i or its affiliates in relation to the decision<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Conditions of Exchanging and Returning Items<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When returning a product purchased online from V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i please understand:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have 48 hours to return an item from the date you received it<\/li>\n<li>Only items that have been purchased directly from our website can be returned<\/li>\n<li>The items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with any\/all seals and shrink-wrap intact. All tags, manuals, and accessories that were included with the purchase must be returned as well<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Liability for Forward Shipping Fee and Return Shipping Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller's end (i.e. - damaged, faulty, incomplete or wrong item delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear buyer's forward and return shipping fees.<\/p>\n<p>V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return and\/or exchange shipping fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buyers will only be refunded after V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i has received the returned Item. The refund may be made via the same payment method used by the Buyer for the original purchase (\u201cOriginal Payment Method\u201d). In the event that V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i is unable to effect the refund via the Original Payment Method for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, where the Original Payment Method is no longer valid or cannot be used to receive funds), the buyer acknowledges and agrees that (i) V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i may affect the refund via the issuance of a V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i voucher (of equivalent value to the refund amount) in accordance with such timeline as may be determined by V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i, and (ii) upon issuance of such vouchers, the buyer shall have no further right or claim against V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i in connection with such refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Buyers can initiate a cancellation request at any point <strong>BEFORE<\/strong> V\u1ec1 \u0110\u1ec3 \u0110i has arranged for shipment.
