VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use bank cards\/bank accounts or the QR Pay\/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into the mobile banking applications of various banks or linked e-wallets to make payments for transactions and input discount codes (if available).<\/p>\n

The payment methods via VNPAY include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Payment method via \"VNPAY-QR Supported Payment App\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1<\/strong>: Select the product or service, and choose to Pay Now or Place Order. On the payment page, please review the selected product, fill in the recipient's information, select the VNPAY payment method, and press the \"Place Order\" button.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong>: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the \"VNPAY-QR Supported Payment App\" method.<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong>: The system displays the QR code along with the amount to be paid. Please verify this amount. Using the banking app (as listed), select \"Scan Code\" and proceed to scan the QR code on the website's payment screen.<\/p>\n

*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes<\/em><\/p>\n

To ensure a successful payment process, customers are advised to familiarize themselves with the conditions and QR code scanning procedures on their phones in advance to avoid time-related issues affecting payment and any promotional codes.<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong>: Review the information, enter the discount code (if available), and complete the payment. Upon successful completion of the payment, you will receive a confirmation notification of the successful order placement on the website<\/p>\n

2. 2. Payment method via \"Domestic Card and Bank Account\"<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 1<\/strong>: Select the product or service and choose to Pay Now or Place Order. On the payment page, please review the selected product, fill in the recipient's information, select the VNPAY payment method, and press the \"Place Order\" button.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong>: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the \"Domestic Card and Bank Account\" method and choose the bank for card payment from the list.<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong>: Please enter the card\/account information as required and select \"Continue\". The OTP code will be sent to the registered phone number. Enter the OTP code to complete the transaction.<\/p>\n

*Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.<\/em><\/p>\n

Step 4<\/strong>: Upon successful completion of the payment, you will receive a confirmation notification of the successful order placement on the website.<\/p>\n
