The global winners have been revealed in the World Whiskies Awards 2025, as well as the global Icons of Whisky 2025 and two new entrants to the\u00a0Whisky Magazine<\/em>\u00a0Hall of Fame<\/strong><\/p>\n The global winners of the World Whiskies Awards 2025 have been unveiled in a ceremony at the Waldof Hotel in London which saw members of the whisky industry come together to celebrate excellence in people, places, and spirits.\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n During the awards ceremony, winners of World's Best were announced in the World Whiskies Awards taste and design categories, the Icons of Whisky 2025 were named, and three inspiring individuals joined the\u00a0Whisky Magazine<\/em>\u00a0Hall of Fame<\/a>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The awards ceremony featured talks from awards hosts and sponsors, a drinks reception, live entertainment, and a full three-course meal in the hotel\u2019s stunning Adelphi Suite.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Anita Ujszaszi, awards director, commented: \u201cIt\u2019s been another incredible year for the World Whiskies Awards. We\u2019ve tasted some truly exceptional products and it\u2019s been wonderful to hear from passionate whisky producers and industry professionals from all over the world. We can\u2019t wait to see you next year!\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The competition named the World's Best whiskies in various categories of the spirit. Winners included the GlenAllachie 12 Years Old, which was named World's Best Single Malt, Three Ships Bourbon Cask for World's Best Blended, and Old Fitzgerald 2024 VVS for World's Best Bourbon.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The\u00a0Icons of Whisky<\/a>\u00a0winners in 2025 included Holyrood Distillery, which was awarded Distiller of the Year, Fettercairn for Campaign Innovator of the Year, and the Heart Cut for Independent Bottler of the Year.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The awards also saw our newest inductees to the\u00a0Whisky Magazine<\/em>\u00a0Hall of Fame: Anssi Pyysing, CEO of Finland's
