Our Lệ Chi Distillery was established in 1997 as Sơn Tinh Distillery, our space is Hà Nội’s oldest independent commercial liquor distillery.
We have transformed Lệ Chi to become Việt Nam’s first full scale whisky distillery for single malt whiskies, distilling in traditional copper pot stills.
Our gin is distilled in a Holstein 4 plate still.
