Good Gin

This is our first gin, it’s good gin.

It’s good because we seek out remarkable ingredients. From start to finish, this gin is ours, we distil from scratch, like no other Vietnamese gin. Red River rice is the foundation for our extraordinarily smooth flavour. Hand peeled Buddha hand dried in the Hanoi heat brings our subtle citrus notes. Italian juniper, lavender, cassia and green cardamom for depth. We add mắc khén and hạt dổi for a smack of local spice. Rare white tea flowers bring subtle sweetness.
