1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This document publicly discloses the conditions, limits, and restrictions applicable to accessing information, placing orders, making payments, receiving goods, and using services (if any) on the website https://ve-de-di.com/ (the “Website”), which is owned and operated by Về Để Đi TNHH Về Để Đi (“Về Để Đi”).

This document applies to: (i) all customers and consumers transacting on the Website; and (ii) the employees, departments, and service providers of Về Để Đi.

2. TIME LIMITATIONS

The Website operates and accepts orders 24/7, except during periods of upgrade or maintenance that are publicly announced through official notice.

Limited-edition release events, launches of new items, or services with a specified service period [are announced] on the Về Để Đi Website prior to implementation.

The Customer Care department receives information during its published working hours; any feedback sent outside these hours will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day. Urgent requests relating to product safety, delivery of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age, unauthorized transactions, or data incidents will be handled in accordance with the Procedure for Receiving and Resolving Feedback, Requests, and Complaints.

3. LIMITATIONS ON GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE

Về Để Đi’s e-commerce activities are conducted within the scope of the lawful liquor business license issued by the competent state authority;

Về Để Đi may decline to deliver, or may restrict delivery, to: areas outside the scope of its registered license or restricted by law; islands, border areas, and remote or isolated areas without suitable delivery services; addresses that cannot be verified, are unsafe, or do not permit verification of the recipient’s age; areas affected by natural disasters, epidemics, traffic disruption, special control requirements, or force majeure events; or areas where the carrier refuses to accept or transport liquids or fragile goods in accordance with lawful regulations.

The Website does not currently support delivery outside the territory of Vietnam as of the date this document is issued, unless Về Để Đi separately announces otherwise after fully complying with the export, tax, customs, and legal requirements of the destination country.

4. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLICABLE TO CUSTOMERS

4.1. Age and Capacity to Transact

1. a. Customers entering into transactions must be at least 18 years old and have full civil legal capacity in accordance with current law.
2. b. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to purchase, receive, or supply Về Để Đi’s products; any act of asking another person to purchase on one’s behalf, or of providing false information in order to circumvent the age-control system, is strictly prohibited.
3. c. Users are responsible for declaring their full name and date of birth in accordance with the Website’s verification mechanism before accessing or looking up information about liquor and beer products.
4. d. During the ordering process, the customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including full name, delivery address, a non-cash payment method, and other information required by law.
5. e. Where there is reasonable doubt about the customer’s age or order information, Về Để Đi and/or its authorized carrier has the right to request that the buyer or recipient present valid identification. Về Để Đi reserves the right to refuse delivery if the customer refuses to cooperate or fails to prove that he or she is at least 18 years old.
6. f. Về Để Đi undertakes that the collection and processing of age-verification information and delivery information will be carried out to the extent necessary and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy publicly posted on Về Để Đi’s Website;

4.4. Purpose of Use and Restricted Conduct

Customers must not:

• use the website to commit unlawful acts or fraud, or to infringe the rights of others;
• falsify age, identity, address, or documents;
• purchase for, or supply liquor or beer to, persons under 18 years of age;
• interfere with the system, automatically generate abnormal orders, or misappropriate promotions or payment instruments;
• place orders in quantities indicating commercial purposes contrary to the retail model or exceeding Về Để Đi’s lawful business conditions; or
• resell goods unlawfully or without satisfying the corresponding business conditions.

5. LIMITS ON QUANTITY AND INVENTORY

Goods are supplied subject to actual inventory, legal limits, delivery capacity, and the scope of lawful business at the time Về Để Đi confirms the order.

Về Để Đi does not apply a minimum purchase quantity. Về Để Đi may apply a maximum quantity per product, order, account, buyer, recipient, or period of time where necessary to ensure fair supply; to meet inventory, delivery, safety, or legal limits; or to manage pre-order and limited-edition products.

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE, SUSPEND, OR CANCEL ORDERS

Về Để Đi may refuse to accept, suspend, or cancel an order in the following cases:

• The buyer or recipient is under 18 years of age, or refuses or is unable to complete age verification where there is reasonable doubt;
• The delivery address is outside the scope of Về Để Đi’s services or lawful business scope;
• Order information is inaccurate or incomplete, shows signs of falsification, or cannot be verified after reasonable measures have been taken;
• An error arises in inventory, pricing, or displayed information, in which case it will be handled in accordance with Về Để Đi’s Pricing Policy;
• A force majeure event occurs, or action is taken at the request or pursuant to the decision of a competent state authority.

7. EFFECTIVENESS AND AMENDMENT OF THE POLICY

This document takes effect from the date it is published on the Website and forms an integral part of Về Để Đi’s Policies and transaction conditions publicly displayed on the Website. Về Để Đi has the right to amend and supplement this document to conform with current laws and with actual management and operational needs; any amendments (if any) will be publicly announced on the Website and take effect from the time of posting.
