Exchange, Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Về Để Đi wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.

1. Application for the Return of an Item

  • Buyer may only apply for the exchange, return and/or refund of the Item in the following circumstances:

  • The Item has not been received by Buyer due to a fault:

  • The Item was damaged in the delivery process

  • The Item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories)

  • Về Để Đi has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification to the Buyer.

  • The Item received has physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered).

1.1 Buyer’s application must be submitted via email: hello@ve-de-di.com

1.2 Về Để Đi will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.

1.3 Please note that, if required by Về Để Đi, Buyer must ship the Item to a location designated by Về Để Đi within three (3) calendar days after the return request is approved.

1.4 The approval of your request for refund and return will be made by Về Để Đi in its sole discretion. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Về Để Đi’s decision is final, conclusive and binding, and covenants and agrees that it will not bring suit or otherwise assert any claim against Về Để Đi or its affiliates in relation to such decision.

2. CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGING AND RETURNING ITEMS

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from Về Để Đi:

  • You have 48 hours to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Về Để Đi website can be returned.

  • Please ensure that the Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging, with seals and shrink-wrap intact. All tags, manuals, and accessories that were included with the purchase must be returned as well.

3. Liability for Forward Shipping Fee and Return Shipping Fee

In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller’s end (i.e. – damaged, faulty, incomplete or wrong Item delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear buyer’s forward and return shipping fees.

Về Để Đi at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return and/or exchange shipping fee.

4. Refunds

Buyer will only be refunded after Về Để Đi has received the returned Item. The refund may be made via the same payment method used by the Buyer for the original purchase (“Original Payment Method”). In the event that Về Để Đi is unable to effect the refund via the Original Payment Method for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, where the Original Payment Method is no longer valid or cannot be used to receive funds), Buyer acknowledges and agrees that (i) Về Để Đi may affect the refund via the issuance of a Về Để Đi voucher (of equivalent value to the refund amount) in accordance with such timeline as may be determined by Về Để Đi, and (ii) upon issuance of such vouchers, Buyer shall have no further right or claim against Về Để Đi in connection with such refund.

5. Cancellation

Buyers can initiate a cancellation request at any point before Về Để Đi has arranged for shipment. Once the shipment process has begun, cancellation requests are solely at the Về Để Đi’s discretion.
