Goods Inspection Policy
1. Definition
Goods inspection refers to the process of examining and comparing the products received in the packages sent by Về Để Đi with the products ordered in the customer’s order.
2. Regulations
2.1 Timing of Goods Inspection
Về Để Đi allows customers to co-inspect with the delivery staff at the time of receipt.
After receiving the goods, if customers discover any discrepancies, they can contact customer service for support on returns and exchanges. Please note that customers should record a video of themselves opening the package for reference if necessary.
2.2 Scope of Goods Inspection
Customers can check the quantity of products received, compare and contrast the products received with those ordered,after our staff has confirmed the order according to the following criteria:
Basic product attributes: product name, unit of measurement, quantity, packaging specifications, product origin.
Product model: compare with the representative image of the product displayed when the order was placed and after our staff has confirmed the order.
Do not open product boxes with seals or security labels.
2.3 Age Verification of Customers by Ve De Di and Intermediate Couriers in Case of Age Suspicion
According to the regulations of VeDeDi and authorized intermediate couriers, VeDeDi has the right to verify the age of customers in case of any doubt about the customer’s age. This verification is to ensure that customers are 18 years of age or older when using the delivery service, including the following methods:
Requesting to present personal legal documents: ID card/Citizen ID card, Passport, Driver’s license, etc.
Using other verification measures: Comparing the photo on the application with the photo on the document, using facial recognition technology, etc.
Note:
Age verification is only carried out when there is a reasonable suspicion about the customer’s age.
Customers have the right to refuse to present their documents. However, VeDeDi and the courier company have the right to cancel the order if the customer does not cooperate.
The collection and storage of customer age information must comply with personal information security regulations.
Customer Rights:
Customers have the right to be clearly explained the reason for the age verification.
Customers have the right to refuse to present their documents. However, please note that this may result in the cancellation of the provision of products and services.
Customers have the right to complain if the age verification is not carried out in accordance with the regulations.
2.4 Procedures for Goods Inspection
2.4.1 Co-inspection with delivery staff:
Upon receiving the goods, customers should check the quantity and condition of the products together with the delivery staff.
If any discrepancies are found, customers should immediately notify the delivery staff and record the details of the issue.
The delivery staff will contact Về Để Đi customer service to assist with the resolution of the issue.
2.4.2 Self-inspection after receipt:
Customers can continue to inspect the goods after the delivery staff has left.
If any discrepancies are found, customers should contact Về Để Đi customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
Customers must provide clear evidence of the issue, such as photos or videos, to support their claim.
2.5 Handling of Discrepancies
Về Để Đi will investigate the reported discrepancies and take appropriate action to resolve the issue. Depending on the nature of the discrepancy, the following actions may be taken:
Product replacement: If the product received is incorrect or damaged, Về Để Đi will replace the product with the correct or undamaged item.
Refund: If the product is unavailable for replacement, Về Để Đi will issue a refund to the customer.
Other compensation: In some cases, Về Để Đi may offer other forms of compensation, such as store credit or discounts.

2.6 Additional Notes
Customers are encouraged to inspect the goods carefully upon receipt to minimize the risk of discrepancies.
Về Để Đi reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the products are not returned in their original condition or if there is insufficient evidence to support the claim.
3. Effective Date
This Goods Inspection Policy is effective immediately upon publication.
